Can I evaluate a product for free before purchasing it?

Yes, you can evaluate a product for at least 30 days before purchase, allowing you to see and test our software before you proceed with a purchase. We provide a fully functional version of each product for evaluation. What you’ll be using during your evaluation period is what you’ll get when you buy the product. In fact, to activate your commercial license you will simply have to update your license information.

How can I get an extension on my product evaluation?

We will be happy to extend your product evaluation period up to 60 days for free. Please contact for more information.

How is the software distributed?

Our software is available only for HTTP or FTP download.

After I purchase a license, do I need to reinstall the software?

There is no need to reinstall your software.

What training solutions are available?

We offer remote training via phone or chat, 2-day training in our office and access to more helpful information.

What types of licenses do you offer?

We offer:
  a perpetual license with annual subscription fees for support
  a subscription based license with monthly or annual fees

Can I transfer my license to another person or company?

You will need to contact and inform us about your intention to transfer the license. Also you will need to specify contact details of the new owner of the license, so we can update our records in order to avoid any confusions.

I need an invoice for my order. How can I get one?

An invoice for any placed order is issued only after a full payment.

What is a VAT ID and do I need one?

VAT ID is relevant for corporate customers within the EU only. Please note, that the VAT ID consists of two letters identifying the country and the country-specific number of digits.

Do you offer any discounts if I purchase multiple licenses?

Yes, you may be able to get volume discounts on some of our products

What payment methods are available?

Only bank transfer payments are accepted.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

No. There are no shipping costs, because our products are delivered electronically.

What kind of support does Evoux provide for its products?

Our customers receive expert support through the Support Ticket System. For urgent cases, we are available 24/7 via phone.

What happens when the maintenance or subscription period expires?

You will no longer be able to get technical support, software updates or new releases.

If your license is perpetual, you can use your software into perpetuity. It means that the software will continue working the same way as it did before the expiration of the maintenance period.

For subscription based licenses you will not be able to use the software anymore. Of course, your data will be stored and you will have access immediately after you renew your license.

Renew your software maintenance or subscription before your maintenance expiration to ensure uninterrupted access to the support and software updates.

Please note: maintenance/subscription renewals commence from the date the previous period expires, regardless of when the maintenance or subscription renewal was purchased.

Can I request an additional feature?

Yes, of course, we would be glad to receive your feedback regarding our products. We will add the most requested features to the upcoming releases. Unfortunately, not all requested features can be added.
